Refund policy

Greater Zero, LLC offers a 30 day free return policy for returns of undamaged products. Customers desiring to make a return should email service@greaterzero.com and a return shipping label will be provided. Once merchandise has been received, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Greater Zero, LLC will cover the cost of return shipping.

Holiday Sales - Return period is extended for all sales from November 1st to December 31st until January 31st of the following year.
